Information under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated 5 August 2026.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking pixels, and has no contact form. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. The only personal data we hold about you is what you put in an email you chose to send us.

If you email us
What: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
Why: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to prepare and manage a commercial relationship.
Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering a contract; and art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long: 24 months from the last message if nothing comes of it. If we work together, for the duration of the contract plus the statutory retention periods that apply to Italian company records.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites. It records the page, referrer, approximate country, and browser and device type, in a form that is not attributable to you. Because no cookies or similar identifiers are stored on your device, no consent banner is required under art. 122 of the Italian Codice Privacy.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against attack. This is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare acts as our processor under art. 28, and transfers outside the EEA are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Who else sees your data
Our email and hosting providers, acting as processors on our instructions. Our accountant and, where legally required, the Italian tax authorities, if you become a client. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.
Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to sergey.zhitikhin@praldo.comand we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Automated decisions
None. Nothing on this site profiles you or makes a decision about you automatically.
Changes
If we add anything that changes how data is handled — a contact form, a tracking pixel — this notice is updated before it goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
