Automation Assessment
Two weeks
The paid front door. Before anything is built, we work out what is worth building.
- Interviews with the people who actually do the work, not only the people who manage it
- A look at your systems, your data and the licences you already hold
- Each candidate task scored on value against effort, with a cost and a benefit attached
- A recommended stack per candidate, with the reasoning written down
You get
A costed shortlist and a one-hour readout. If nothing on it is worth doing, that is a valid result and you have spent two weeks rather than two quarters finding out.

Proof of Value
Three to four weeks
One use case, built on your real data, running for real users. Not a demo.
- Success criteria agreed in writing before the build starts
- Built in your environment, on your accounts, against your live data
- Real users trying it, with their reactions recorded
- An honest verdict at the end, including when the verdict is no
You get
A working thing you can judge, and a decision you can defend. If it misses the criteria, it ends here.

Production Build
Six to twelve weeks
The part where most projects stop, done properly.
- One- to two-week iterations, each ending in something you can use
- Permissions and data boundaries settled before the first prompt, not after
- Error handling, retry logic, monitoring and alerting
- Handover documentation and training for whoever owns it next

How pricing works
Each step is quoted as a fixed price once the scope is written down, so you approve a number rather than an estimate. Hourly billing exists but is the exception, used where you specifically want an open-ended arrangement.
Platform costs — Microsoft licences, API usage, servers — are yours directly, billed by the vendor to your account. We do not resell them and take no margin on them. That is why the stack recommendation can be neutral.
